Old Bailey
London, upper-upscale

Built in 1874 by architect Evans Cronk, 15 Old Bailey, known as the Spier & Pond Hotel, was the first ever hotel in London to have electric lighting. In the early 1900s it was remodelled into 64 serviced office suites, four meeting rooms and an executive business lounge. Today, Boscalt seeks to reconvert the asset back to the iconic hotel that it once was.
